Driver Terms and Conditions

By registering as a driver on the Platform, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

  1. Independent Contractor Status

Drivers operate as independent contractors unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in the Platform relationship creates:

Employment Partnership Agency Joint venture

Drivers are responsible for their own:

Taxes Fuel Vehicle maintenance Insurance Licensing Legal compliance 2. Driver Eligibility

Drivers must:

Hold valid identification Possess valid licenses where required Operate legal and roadworthy vehicles Provide truthful registration information

The Platform may perform verification checks at any time.

  1. GPS Tracking and Monitoring

Drivers consent to:

Real-time location tracking Delivery telemetry monitoring Route analysis Fraud detection analysis Operational scoring systems

GPS spoofing, fake movement simulation, or location manipulation may result in immediate suspension.

  1. Order Acceptance

Drivers are responsible for reviewing offers before acceptance.

Accepted orders create operational obligations.

Excessive:

Cancellations Delays No-shows Abandoned deliveries

may reduce driver priority, visibility, earnings access, or result in suspension.

  1. Conduct Standards

Drivers must:

Treat customers respectfully Operate safely Follow traffic laws Protect customer privacy Avoid discrimination Maintain professional behavior

Drivers may not:

Harass customers Demand unauthorized payments Share customer information Tamper with deliveries Use fake accounts Manipulate the dispatch system 6. Delivery Verification

The Platform may require:

OTP verification Photo proof GPS confirmation Timestamp verification Customer confirmation

Failure to follow delivery verification protocols may result in non-payment or disciplinary action.

  1. Earnings and Payouts

Driver earnings are calculated based on operational rules established by the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to:

Adjust incentives Apply penalties for fraud Hold payouts during investigations Correct payment errors

Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of earnings.

  1. Safety and Risk

Drivers accept the inherent risks associated with transportation and delivery work.

The Platform is not responsible for:

Vehicle damage Theft Assault Accidents Fuel costs Personal injuries

except where legally required.

Drivers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance and safe operational practices.

  1. Suspension and Enforcement

The Platform may immediately suspend or terminate drivers for:

Fraud Unsafe driving GPS spoofing Theft Customer abuse Platform manipulation Criminal conduct Repeated operational failures

Certain violations may be reported to authorities.

  1. Confidentiality

Drivers may gain access to sensitive operational information.

Drivers may not:

Share customer data Leak platform information Distribute internal systems Expose operational processes

Violations may result in legal action.

  1. Platform Rights

The Platform reserves absolute operational discretion regarding:

Dispatch systems Driver prioritization Offer visibility Account status Payout timing Enforcement decisions

Operational decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.

By using the Platform in any capacity, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms.

The Platform reserves all rights not explicitly granted herein.
